Just want to say thankyou to BDS for taking me on last year I can't thankyou enough I can't believe I've finally passed. I thought about giving up but this is where my instructor comes in😁 now to my instructor Mr Shane McKenna what a amazing instructor he is, if anyone is thinking of doing your driving lessons with BDS I hope you get this instructor he's the most amazing, kind, calm, funny, strict when he has to be, but amazing. This man is top class and I'm so lucky to have had him teach me, if anyone is lucky as me to have him as a instructor listen to him this man knows what he's doing , I'm going to miss our lessons but I'm so happy I've passed , thankyou so much Mr Shane McKenna.

BDS were unbelievable from start to finish. I had Shane McKenna as my instructor and cannot recommend him enough. Not only is he a great teacher but also an unbelievably kind and considerate person. He guided me through the whole process without any hiccups and always put my learning first. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and comfortable throughout... including immediate replies to messages regardless of time of day. If you're wondering where to start with your lessons and who to go with... look no further! Shane is your man 100% he makes sacrifices for his students and certainly someone I'll never forget. The only downside is I don't get to enjoy the fun and laughs for 2 hours on a Friday anymore 😥 Cheers again Shane and Donna, much appreciated 😁

So happy I went with this driving school. My instructor’s name was Shane. He is a very polite, professional and most of all a patient person. Whenever I did not understand something he always explained things in a way, it all made sense. His teaching style is very thorough to make sure you’re driving to the best of your ability and so you feel confident within your own decision making. Once again thank you so much! 🙂

Shane was very friendly and encouraging. I had passed my test about 10 years ago and hadn’t driven since passing. He helped me gain confidence in my driving ability and also and got me up to date with current theory and driving practices. Would 100% recommend him.

Shane McKenna AAA+ is a really good instructor he has really good patience and is really fun to talk to and funny and teaches you everything you need to know so you drive safely and the proper way and is really supportive and donna is really helpful to if i know anyone that wants to do there driving lessons I will definitely be telling then to go with BDS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 star review from me

The overall experience was amazing, from starting lessons to sorting test dates out! Shane was a great instructor and was very flexible when needed. I could not recommend BDS more!

I had Shane McKenna as my driving instructor and I couldn’t reccomend him enough, He was so calm and patient no matter if I made a mistake, and would always talk to me in detail about how to improve so I know what I need to do next time, my lessons were nothing but enjoyable and I looked forward to them every week, He massively helped with my confidence when driving, and I could not of done it without his learning and support. I passed my test first time with 2 minors due to his teachings. Thank you so much Shane!!!

From start to finish my instructor made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to believe im myself. I'm quite a nervous person and struggled to believe I'd accomplish my goals. Shane helped me become a confident driver and had the patience to help me brush up on my weak points from previous instructors. I wouldn't recommend any other driving school to help you achieve passing your test and becoming a confident driver.

Passed my test with Shane McKenna, great teacher and great guy, he was always really patient and accommodating even when going out of Blackpool for lessons when needed, Shane always had the banter on point and never made me feel stupid when I made a mistake.

I spent my time with BDS with an amazing instructor called Shane; He is an incredible instructor and person, we had many lovely chats unrelated to my driving but my driving always took priority in the absolute best way, he was always willing to teach in a way that suited me best and accommodated to my tight schedule with ease. I went from someone who had learnt a bit about driving but was lacking in confidence and a lot of knowledge prior to my time with him to someone who is confident in his abilities and knowledgeable about how to drive, maintain and look after my car all thanks to this man. I will be suggesting him to anyone who is ever learning to drive and Donna who managed a lot of the backend communication and admin was fast, effective and I cannot thank both of them enough for how amazing they have been to me. Also, I passed first time!

My driving instructor was Shane McKenna and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn to drive. He was kind and patient. If I made any mistakes he would talk to me about it in detail on how to correct them. I was lucky to have him teach me and he has massively helped with my confidence when driving and I could not have passed without his learning and support. Blackpool driving school is a very reliable and accomplished company. I was taught by Shane McKenna who is a proficient instructor. He was very thorough, skilled and made me feel confident in my abilities to which I passed 1st time on the 12th of March. Thank you Shane and I would highly recommend Blackpool driving school.

I started my lessons with Shane McKenna late September 2023 and passed on my first try just last week. Shane is an excellent instructor, very helpful and I highly recommend. BDS as a company is very organised, professional, and there is no need to stress about booking your test as they do it for you, again highly recommend.

I passed my test on my first attempt, thanks to the amazing assistance of BDS and especially Shane. He was very flexible with me, even taking up his personal time to do my lessons because I couldn't get the time off work for weekday lessons (Thank you Shane). Donna was on the ball 24/7 she even managed to schedule a test for me 3 days after my initial one got rescheduled due to the weather. If she hadn't have done that, I would have had to wait and extra month to take my test. Thank you so much BDS
